All sales are final. Any item got returned without approval will be customer's loss, NO REFUND NO EXCHANGE.

We are sorry , due to Covid 19, we do not accept any return, exchange, and cancellation. We also don't accept any return due to wedding canceled or any other reason due to hygiene issues. As a company , it is our responsibility to protect our workers and customers, and we will continue to practice social distancing and hygiene to make sure your product deliver to you safe and sound.

All items are made to order. We usually try to send out your order in 7-14 days. But time may be varied by each product. Some production time is 2 weeks, 1 week for shipping. If you receive a tracking number, it is because we bought the label. Once it is dispatch, you will be able to see the tracking update. 

For any lost, damage, delayed or stolen mail, please contact USPS directly. We will not be responsible to refund customers or cancel the order due to the order has been taken time to make and shipped. When the unfortunate event happened sometimes, customers are responsible to file any claims with USPS. , and we are sorry that we have no control over USPS's delivery schedule. USPS is an outside of shipping service, once the package is dropped off , it is up to USPS to deliver the package on time as they promised. So for any issues, please contact your local post office immediately, and double check address for accuracy.

Shipping and processing time is not guaranteed but we will absolutely try our best to meet your need. Generally items will dispatch within 14 days, and take about a week to arrive to your door.

Any additional customs clearance and taxes are to be paid by the recipient, please check relevant rates and charges that may apply prior to purchasing. For international shipping, please ensure you continually track your order to ensure you are available to receive or collect. International shipping time can take up to 16 days depends on the country's custom clearance time frame. If an address is entered incorrectly and the package get returned, customer will be responsible for a new re-shipping label cost at anytime. ANY international order is all FINAL SALE, Non- exchangeable. No refund. No cancellation.
